Cette r\u00e9organisation, coupl\u00e9e \u00e0 de nouvelles nominations, s\u2019appuie sur le mod\u00e8le fran\u00e7ais, afin que nous puissions continuer \u00e0 servir nos clients sur nos march\u00e9s historiques avec le m\u00eame niveau d\u2019excellence, tout en accompagnant pleinement notre projet \u00e0 l\u2019international. Entour\u00e9 de son actionnariat historique, ce changement s\u2019appuiera sur le Conseil de Surveillance existant. Aujourd'hui, le Groupe est un acteur de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence sur son march\u00e9, avec un chiffre d'affaires de 485 millions d\u2019euros en 2025, un chiffre en progression constante depuis sa cr\u00e9ation. Il s'appuie sur l\u2019excellence de sa performance op\u00e9rationnelle pour accompagner ses clients dans tous les domaines de l\u2019expertise automobile :<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Dommages non automobiles (Elex et Vering),<\/li>\r\n<li>Dommages Auto (Roadia),<\/li>\r\n<li>Dommages de construction (3C).<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>Chaque ann\u00e9e en France, 1 180 000 sinistres sont g\u00e9r\u00e9s par les 1 600 experts du Groupe. Op\u00e9rateur multi-sp\u00e9cialistes, le Groupe ADENES intervient \u00e9galement en amont et en aval du sinistre. Il propose aux assureurs un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me complet de services couvrant l\u2019int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 de la cha\u00eene indemnisation. Cette performance repose \u00e9galement sur des \u00e9volutions de fond du mod\u00e8le d'affaires du Groupe, qui ont fait na\u00eetre une forte dynamique collective, anim\u00e9e par des collaborateurs engag\u00e9s dans une ambition partag\u00e9e d'excellence.<\/p>\r\n<p>Depuis 2021, la strat\u00e9gie internationale du Groupe ADENES, n\u00e9 en France, repose sur une expansion soutenue. Pr\u00e9sent aujourd'hui dans 38 pays, le Groupe emploie 5 000 personnes, dont 3 600 en France. Cette premi\u00e8re phase de d\u00e9veloppement a positionn\u00e9 ADENES comme leader europ\u00e9en de l'expertise en tous risques.
